As CEO of Consultants & Builders, Inc. Todd manages the day-to-day operations of the business. He has direct responsibility for financial, legal, IT and human resources functions and also leads the planning and implementation of CBI’s strategic vision. In addition, he oversees the design and construction process of all facility projects from beginning to end. Todd has been designated a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED® AP) by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) and can successfully guide our clients through the LEED certification process. He has also been recognized by the Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA) as a Designated Design-Build Professional.
Todd augments over 15 years of experience in financial institution design and construction with 21 years of active and reserve military service, retiring as a Commander from the United States Navy. Todd graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from Georgia State University.
