Headquartered in Umatilla, FL, United Southern Bank has selected Consultants and Builders, Inc. as their Design|Build partner for renovations of their 15,660 square foot Eustis, FL Executive Office and Branch. CBI collaborated with United Southern Bank previously and is enthusiastic to be partnering again.
Renovations to the 1980’s building will include a more efficient layout and circulation for customers and employees alike, departmental and spatial rework, new LED lighting, paint, flooring, millwork, furniture, finishes, boardroom refurbishment, and additional meeting space. CBI will actively keep the branch open and functional for the duration of the project.
