Consultants and Builders, Inc. has been selected by South Coast Bank as their Design|Build partner for the new Brunswick, GA branch prototype.
The new branch will be located on Canal Road near Golden Isles Parkway and I-95. The branch will better serve customers with efficient layout and circulation, durable furnishings, outstanding marketing, visual displays, easily accessible ITMs, and commercial banking. The exterior design of the approximately 5,300 square foot, free-standing branch will incorporate design elements echoing the surrounding coastal history, and to maximize visibility and marketing opportunities during the day and night. CBI’s efficient design ultimately lowers construction cost, while the addition of advanced technology maximizes operational efficiency and return on investment for South Coast Bank.
