Consultants and Builders, Inc. has begun the site work, grading, and retention pond in partnership with Anderson, SC based Upstate Federal Credit Union for their new prototype branch located near the LaFrance Industries Division of Mount Vernon Mills off Clemson Boulevard/Highway 76 in Pendleton.
The new branch will be the second built by CBI for the credit union and will utilize Teller Pods, new marketing, digital displays, and timeless furnishings. The unique exterior design of this 3,565 square foot, free-standing branch will echo the traditional architectural lines found at many of Upstate’s existing branches while incorporating transitional design elements to maximize visibility and marketing opportunities. The design includes three drive up lanes with a traditional drive-up window as well as advanced ITMs for members. Ultimately the long-term goal is to incorporate some of the newer design and finish elements of the Pendleton branch at Upstate’s existing branches. CBI looks forward to the collaboration, and further progress with Upstate Federal Credit Union to ensure their strategic growth initiatives are a continued success.
