Consultants and Builders, Inc. has Design Development drawings in process along with interior selections for the redesign and renovation of an existing Wesley Chapel, FL financial building. The location will be FiCare Federal Credit Union’s Main Office with integral branch. The new location is on Silver Maple Parkway near the I-75 / SR 56 interchange with exceptional visibility and access for members and employees alike.

Also in development is the update of a newly acquired branch in Gainesville, FL and the renovation of FiCare’s Clearwater Branch. CBI is excited by the collaboration with FiCare FCU on multiple locations and their continued growth.

Pinnacle Credit Union’s Benjamin E. Mays branch in the Cascade Heights District of City of Atlanta, Georgia is making great construction progress as the wall framing and mechanicals evolve. Consultants and Builders, Inc. is excited for the continued collaboration with Pinnacle CU on our second project with their Executive Team. The location is convenient for members and will ultimately benefit the community as a whole. The iconic 1967 marble brick branch will return to its former radiance.

MidSouth Community Federal Credit Union located in Macon, Georgia and Consultants and Builders, Inc. have begun the final Construction Document stage for the new Operations Center near the credit union’s existing Main Office, which was previously renovated by CBI.

The Ops Center will include executive space, a multi-purpose room, conference room, training rooms, call center, branch support, marketing with storage, human resources, compliance, and card services to best serve members, along with new furniture, breakroom/kitchenette, audio visual upgrades, LED lighting, and an outdoor patio for employees. Construction will begin in 2023/2024. The exterior and interior renderings share a timeless architectural prototype with the integration of new energy saving technologies, proven organizational designs, and proof of concept collaboration. We are inspired by the continued progress, design collaboration, and partnership with MidSouth Community FCU and look forward to the future groundbreaking.

Gainesville, Georgia based MyGeorgia CU is furthering the design process with Consultants and Builders, Inc. on the buildout of their new Clayton Branch. CBI designers are collaborating with the MyGeorgia team to promote a more encompassing engagement with members and the surrounding community of Clayton, Georgia.

We are excited to be currently working with MyGeorgia Credit Union on multiple southeast projects.

CBI has enjoyed a longstanding relationship with Atlanta based Southern Lighting Source (SLS). Their hospitality extends beyond our collaboration on numerous financial buildings as SLS hosted CBI at a recent Atlanta Braves game at Truist Park. CORE CU President/CEO, Robert “Bob” Clampett, his wife, and many CBI family members were all present.

It is also not a coincidence that Southern Lighting Source’s Atlanta Headquarters is at The Battery and their talented team of lighting engineers and installers were the team that lit Truist Park, home of the Atlanta Braves.

To cap off a great night, the Braves also won! Thank you Southern Lighting Source!

Consultants and Builders recently completed the final renovation details at the ACU branch on Warner Bros. Discovery campus near Georgia Tech. Currently sited at ‘The Mansion’ where Turner Broadcasting Systems (TBS) originally launched the Cable News Network (CNN) in 1980 and Ted Turner lived, ACU’s new prototype fully illustrates the vision of their new micro-branch. Although staffed with Universal Teller employees during open hours, the microbranch itself will be open 24 hours | 7 days a week with the inclusion of an ITM (Interactive Teller Machine), touch screen account and information access, and other member interactive services. The branch includes a teller pod, member accessible office space, employee workspace, refreshment bar, technology bar, and dynamic marketing displays. CBI designers worked in concert with method-1 Branded Interiors and ACU executives to create this engaging space for employees and members.
