CBI is in the design stage of the main office renovation project for Community State Bank. Plans include a complete interior and exterior renovation on both floors. The retail branch will be updated with lighting, furniture, millwork and technology.  We will replace and add windows throughout the space including in the lobby and community room.  A new awning-band, using the bank’s logo colors, will be constructed to enhance the bank’s brand image and to also provide protection from the weather to the bank’s customers. To further incorporate the brand, all of the original brick will be painted to match the new color scheme. A patio will be constructed over the drive-up canopy to enjoy the Florida weather.

Family Savings Credit Union recently held a ground breaking ceremony for its new 4,300 sf branch which will be located in Calhoun, GA. CBI is designing and building the branch. The project is scheduled to complete around the 1st quarter of 2017.

Community State Bank has selected CBI to completely renovate their 2 story, 11,000 sf main office facility located in Starke, FL.  The branch will be updated with LED lighting, new flooring and windows, a new teller line, office configuration and marketing.  Upstairs will house the executive offices and a new boardroom with new A/V equipment.  Design is underway and the renovation is estimated to begin in January of 2017.

Associated Credit Union recently chose CBI to renovate the first floor of the credit union’s main office in Norcross, GA.  The 7,450 sf renovation project will include the addition of a 1,000 sf records vault, a new mortgage department which will house over 20 employees, a full gym including showers and lockers, a new break room and a shipping and receiving area.

LGE Community Credit Union recently selected CBI for a 6,500 sf renovation project to the credit union’s main office branch and lobby located on the first floor of their five story building in Marietta, GA. The branch will feature the new retail business model for LGE incorporating advanced function ATMs for handling all transactions.  The traditional teller line will be eliminated and the drive up tellers will be replaced with 24-hour full-service ATM’s in each lane to give members added convenience.  The lobby will welcome members with a meeter/greeter station where an employee can approach members to provide personal service. In addition, a new mail room for shipping & receiving will be developed on the first floor adjacent to the branch. Construction is scheduled to begin in the 4^th quarter of 2016.
