CBI Awarded Micro Branch Project for LGE CCU

LGE Community Credit Union recently awarded CBI a micro branch project in Marietta, GA. The new, 2,065 sf micro branch will be located in the Parkside West Cobb shopping center.  Two Intelligent ATM’s will be used in the lobby for their delivery method as well as a 24-hr walk-up ATM.  This branch will operate with three to four employees using telepresence to discuss investments with experts housed in the main office. Instant issue credit cards will be available to members for added convenience. Additional features for members will be incorporated including music playing throughout the space, coffee and filtered water.



LGE Community Credit Union Supports Local Community

LGE Community Credit Union held their annual Christmas breakfast this morning where employees gathered to share a meal but more importantly to give over $157,000 dollars to local charities and individuals in need through the LGE Community Outreach Foundation.  CBI is proud to support the LGE Foundation to help make a difference in the lives of those in the community including children, homeless, abuse victims and those that fall on hard times.  The Foundation, which is based on the credit union principle of “People Helping People,” organizes and conducts fundraisers to raise money to contribute to local non-profit organizations.  Every dollar raised by the LGE Foundation is matched by LGE Community Credit Union.  For more information about the LGE Community Outreach Foundation, visit www.LGEFoundation.org.



Peach State FCU Awards CBI Tenant Build-Out Project

Peach State Federal Credit Union recently awarded CBI a tenant build-out project for a new, 1,700 sf branch which will be located in Oconee County.  Included in the branch will be two intelligent ATMs as well as two dialog towers.  “We have served this community since 2009, and know that a brick and mortar location in this area will make banking for these members more convenient. We envision this to be a ‘branch of the future’, featuring member service and business development representatives rather than a traditional teller line. Representatives will assist members in finding the products and services they need for their individual financial needs,” said Marshall Boutwell, President/CEO, Peach State FCU.



Southwest Georgia Bank Chooses CBI for Remodel Projects

Southwest Georgia Bank has chosen CBI to renovate the teller areas of five branches.  CBI will modify or replace the teller lines to accept teller cash recyclers. The branch renovations will also include millwork, new carpet and paint.  During the remodeling, the branches will remain open for normal operations. CBI is able to handle small and large remodels across a geographic area simultaneously and provides full project management services while using local subcontractors.



CBI Provides Facility Management Program for Renasant Bank

CBI is currently under contract with Renasant Bank to provide a 24-hour facility management program for approximately 50 branches and over 300,000 square feet across multiple southeastern states.  As a part of this program, CBI provides a single point of contact for the following facility services:

  • Work order planning, execution & management

  • Project management
  • Facilities engineering/Code compliance
  • Supplier/vendor management
  • 24/7/365 call center

Peach State FCU Celebrates Ribbon Cutting at Central Gwinnett High School Branch

October 20, 2016

Peach State Federal Credit Union has partnered with Central Gwinnett High School to put one of their branch locations within the school. The credit union celebrated the branch opening today with a ribbon cutting ceremony.  The branch currently has seven student interns who operate the location with a branch manager. Students, teachers, and other staff members can make deposits, withdrawals, and use the ATM during their operating hours. The student interns have also developed a plan to educate all advisement classes on the differences between a credit union and bank, smart money management skills, and future career opportunities at Peach State Federal Credit Union. CBI was proud to partner with the credit union to design and build the branch.
