Construction Documents are progressing toward permit set for San Antonio Citizens Federal Credit Union’s planned Operations Center to be located in San Antonio, FL. This expanded campus will begin construction in fall 2020 and provides a vibrant and enjoyable environment for Members and employees alike. The efficient design will ultimately lower construction costs, while the integration of advanced technology maximizes operational efficiency and return on their investment. We are excited for the continued collaboration in building this timeless community fixture.

MidSouth Community Federal Credit Union’s new branch in Warner Robins, GA is under construction and scheduled to be complete in the latter part of 2020. Mother Nature has been consistent with the rain, yet CBI persisted while strongly maintaining the State social distancing requirements.

The exceptional branch site is an out-parcel located near a major high traffic intersection in a rapidly growing commercial corridor. The efficient design ultimately lowers construction cost, and CBI is proud to be the Credit Union’s design-build partner.

Walton County Teachers’ Federal Credit Union, established in 1961, located in DeFuniak Springs, FL is a growing community charter credit union serving Walton County Florida school personnel and serving a variety of Walton County Florida community members. The board of directors has selected CBI as its partner to design and build a new branch in Paxton, FL as a strategic move to better serve its existing member base and to branch out into the Greater Walton County, Florida community.

The new branch site is on an out-parcel located on busy US Highway 331 a major high traffic area in the rapidly growing commercial corridor of Paxton, FL.  Consultants & Builders, Inc., based in Peachtree Corners, Georgia, was selected to provide design services, architecture, interior design, engineering, furnishings, construction and equipment.

CORE Credit Union had a soft-opening for members at the beginning of February following the completion by Consultants and Builders, Inc. of their new 11,438 square foot main office and branch in the Market District.

Robert “Bob” Clampett, CORE Credit Union CEO, collaborated with Consultants & Builders, Inc. designers on the architectural and interior aesthetics of the new building to great success. The structure is easily recognizable as the signature building within the District itself, day and night.  Also, Clampett and his team at CORE CU have significantly increased their technology by implementing a host of mobile options that has helped modernize the credit union.  Likewise, the two-story headquarters is very modern with many technology upgrades.

Associated Credit Union recently began renovating with Consultants and Builders, Inc. their existing main office branch in Peachtree Corners, GA to incorporate ACU’s new prototype brand interior look and feel. Ultimately the branch will include (2) teller pods, a new member entrance, safe deposit boxes, a coffee bar, and dynamic marketing displays.

Consultants and Builders, Inc. recently completed flagship branches in Decatur and Ellenwood, Georgia for Associated Credit Union as they continue to grow their membership and brand.
