In the midst of a pandemic, with tactful coordination, Consultants & Builders has completed the first microbranch for Bragg Mutual Federal Credit Union inside the Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in Fayetteville, NC. The prototype space, incorporating the recognizable Credit Union’s logo and color scheme, includes a two station teller pod with TCR, private office, and support work areas to better support the Medical Center’s growing employee base. This new microbranch echoes many of the details and furniture updates installed at the earlier Bragg Mutual FCU’s Main Office/Branch renovation. Much success and continued growth for Bragg Mutual FCU.

Atlanta, GA based CDC Federal Credit Union has chosen Consultants and Builders, Inc. for a second project with primary focus on their Main Office near Northlake Mall. Following a detailed complimentary assessment of their private commercial building, CBI recommended economical energy improvements that have historically proven to be environmentally responsible and provide a tangible return on investment. For CDC FCU, Consultants and Builders identified energy-saving opportunities, will pursue local, state and federal energy credits and rebates, aid in increasing CDC FCU’s  property value, and lower their ownership costs thru energy efficiency and maintenance savings. For employees and members alike, CDC FCU is able to further advance environmental stewardship and promote health & safety.

In spring/summer of 2021, CBI will also embark on CDC FCU’s first standalone, prototype branch adjacent to Northlake Mall as part of the development’s revitalization master plan. We look forward to further partnership with CDC Federal Credit Union and to years of continued growth and progress.

Associated Credit Union has selected Consultants and Builders, Inc. to renovate their Main Office IT Department in Peachtree Corners, GA. The interior build out will incorporate new LED lighting, paint, flooring, millwork, and team workstations. This upcoming project further compliments the new Main Office Branch completed in 2020 among numerous projects that CBI and ACU have collaborated on in recent years. Work will begin in spring of this year, 2021, and will take 4 to 6 weeks with the intricacies of working around the large adjacent IT room.

MidSouth Community Federal Credit Union has selected Consultants and Builders, Inc. to renovate the second floor of their Main Office in Macon, GA. The interior build out will incorporate a similar color scheme generated by CBI for the Credit Union’s newly completed Warner Robins prototype branch and their Milledgeville branch renovation. The Main Office scope will include new LED lighting, paint, flooring, millwork, an expanded Boardroom with new furniture, kitchenette/refreshment bar, and audio visual upgrades.  The restrooms will also be renovated in full with a durable and timeless color scheme. Work will begin in spring of this year, 2021 and will take 7 to 8 weeks.

  • Microbranches – Standalone and in retail malls enabling fewer employees to serve the needs of customers/members.
  • Interactive Teller machines (ITM) versus ATMs and/or teller positions. CBI has adaptively reused office and branch space for ITM remote workers to cover branches and client needs over a vast multi-location service area.
  • CBI is also adept at converting existing unused space into separate leasable space more ideally optimized in a new configuration.
