Consultants and Builders, Inc. (CBI) has completed the relocation and renovation of Pinnacle Credit Union’s Main Office and Branch to it’s new location in the East Atlanta Village. The project scope included a teller line with TCR, interior wall and spatial rework, painting, flooring, new furniture and millwork, finish updates, banking equipment and security upgrades, walkup ITM, as well as enhanced lighting and signage. As one of CBI’s three concurrent projects with Pinnacle CU, we look forward to our collaborative efforts and long term relationship as they grow their market area for enhanced member service and fulfillment.

On the horizon for CBI and Pinnacle CU in the later part of 2022 is a new branch location in an iconic white marble financial building from Atlanta’s past in the West End/ Cascade area.

Consultants & Builders, Inc. will attend and exhibit at the Community Bankers Association of Georgia Annual Convention & Mini-Trade Show scheduled for September 14-18, 2022, at the Ritz Carlton Amelia Island Resort. Following the July 4^th holiday celebration, the CDC Federal Credit Union held a widely anticipated ribbon cutting for their first independent branch prototype. Attended by the City of Tucker Mayor, Council Members and Directors, CDC FCU Executives, Board members, employees, community members, and neighbors, the weather was as stellar as the event itself.

The first speaker was Kimberly Jones, CDC FCU Board of Directors, who noted the credit union’s dedication to the surrounding community and serving members for generations to come. Mayor Auman then spoke, reminiscing the journey of the branch from initial City Council/Community meetings to the ultimate culmination of the ribbon cutting and then grand opening set for the following week. Great excitement surrounds the continued rejuvenation of the Northlake Mall Master Plan of which the CDC FCU branch is a iconic beacon. CDC FCU President and CEO, Australia Hoover, and Tim Gardner, CFO, closed in welcoming all to what was the culmination of many years of work and vision by the credit union community as a whole.
