As their newly built and iconic Operations Center located in San Antonio, FL goes through the final interior clean and punchout, San Antonio Citizens Federal Credit Union has again partnered with Consultants and Builders, Inc.  CBI will now plan, design, and renovate the Credit Union’s existing Main Office and Zephyrhills branches. As they continue to provide enhanced service to their growing member base, now eclipsing seventeen thousand strong, the Credit Union has expressed strong vision of the opportunities ahead and working in partnership with CBI.

The branch renovations will incorporate the prototype interior design scheme generated for the recently completed Ops Center. New LED lighting, paint, flooring, millwork, finishes, and teller pods with TCRs will be included as well as virtual meeting spaces, and flex offices that can be cleaned and maintained easily.

Consultants and Builders, Inc. (CBI) is honored to be selected by Pinellas Federal Credit Union, Largo, Florida as the Plan-Design-Build-Renovate partner for their new main office project. The project consists of the planning, designing, and renovation of an existing multi-story financial center, main office, operations center, and integral branch. Only 2.5 miles from their current location on Ulmerton Road, the new site is on an East Bay Drive corner lot with exceptional visibility and access for members and credit union employees alike. CBI was instrumental in the property search and acquisition.

The credit union project design will provide enhanced delivery of services, improved member experience, and efficiency of operation. Total project scope includes teller line and drive thru upgrades, interior wall and spatial rework, painting, flooring, and ceiling upgrades, new furniture and millwork, exterior roof, finish updates, banking equipment and security upgrades, as well as enhanced lighting and signage. We look forward to the collaborative efforts and long term relationship as Pinellas FCU continues to grow their market area for enhanced member service and satisfaction.

One of Georgia’s latest de novo banks, Moultrie Bank & Trust (in organization), has selected Consultants and Builders, Inc. to design and build their new Main Office and integrated Branch for their headquarters in Moultrie, GA.

Moultrie Bank and Trust will primarily serve Colquitt County, Georgia as well as at-large customers to further support the areas strong, growing economic environment including a large number of agricultural and small businesses. The Bank’s focus will include not only on traditional community banking products and services, but also specifically on agricultural, commercial, individual, and real estate services. Consultants and Builders, Inc. is excited for the collaboration on the 12,500 square foot facility being created adjacent to the Lowe’s development on N. Veterans Parkway in Moultrie. The location is convenient to members and employees alike and ultimately benefits the community as a whole. CBI will engage local contractors in the construction process.

Pinnacle Credit Union has selected Consultants and Builders, Inc. to incorporate a new branch closer to the core of their membership in Southwest Atlanta including the full renovation of an existing, iconic structure. The renovation, both interior and exterior, will incorporate a timeless, yet progressive color scheme, new LED lighting, paint, flooring, millwork, TCRs, and ITMs for full member service. New office furniture and a private closing room will round out this renovation. Work will begin in the first quarter of 2022.

Pinnacle Credit Union was founded in 1926 under the name Atlanta Teachers Credit Union. They are currently the second oldest credit union in the state of Georgia. Since opening they have grown into a full-service financial institution. Starting in 2014, Pinnacle Credit Union underwent major changes to help improve the member experience. Pursuit and implementation of online banking, mobile apps, and depositing checks with phones for all members has been key to their continued growth. Consultants and Builders, Inc.  has been selected to install two NCR Interactive Teller Machines at Associated Credit Union’s Dobbins ARB branch. Members can simply touch the screen and communicate with a teller associate  in real time, with the teller guiding the Member through the transaction. There is no need for tubes under the ground or a drive up window or even full time tellers, as the Interactive Teller Machines can handle a number of different transactions into multiple accounts. A similar installation was completed (see photo below) at ACU’s Main Office with positive Member feedback.

“We believe that this type of drive thru service will be beneficial to the Dobbins ARB community for a number of reasons: Extended service hours, an additional access point for funds (going from one ATM to two ITMs), additional security – Members would not need to get out of their vehicles to utilize the ITMs, and innovative technology to facilitate timely transactions and offer what today’s Member is looking for; convenience as well as the ability to speak to a live associate to assist with more complex transactions without going into the branch.” notes Michael Huff, VP of Retail Services at Associated Credit Union.

Alabama ONE Credit Union has chosen Consultants and Builders, Inc. to design their new prototype micro-branch with their first planned location in the Montgomery area near Chantilly Parkway. The new branch will be the first built for the credit union utilizing Teller Pods, MSR/Consult Kiosks, ITM’s, re-envisioned marketing, digital displays, and contemporary furnishings. The potential branch site is located near a major high traffic intersection in a rapidly growing suburban corridor enabling further expansion and market presence for Alabama ONE.  The unique exterior design of this 2,300 square foot, free-standing branch exhibits contemporary lines with the warm color palette that is a signature of the credit union and reflective of the nearby growing community. The Member branch entrance and recognizable pillar signage elements maximize visibility and marketing opportunities for the credit union. The design includes two CBI designed prototype drive up ITMs for Members as created for other branch installations earlier this year. The efficient design lowers construction cost, while the integration of advanced technology maximizes operational efficiency and return on investment. CBI has been chosen to partner with Alabama ONE on a number of projects and we look forward to the continued collaboration.
