MidSouth Community Federal Credit Union located in Macon, Georgia is partnering again with Consultants and Builders, Inc. The Operations Center project collaboration actually began in 2021 with CBI completing the due diligence package to secure a parcel of property near the credit union’s existing Main Office, which was renovated by CBI that same year.

The Ops Center is now in the planning and design stage and will include executive space, a conference room, training rooms, call center, branch support, marketing with storage, human resources, compliance, and card services to best serve members, along with new furniture, breakroom/kitchenette, audio visual upgrades, LED lighting, and an outdoor patio for employees. Construction will begin in 2023 and will likely take 10 to 12 months to construct. A timeless architectural prototype is desired by MidSouth with the integration of new energy saving technologies, proven organizational designs, and employee retention.

As the weather finally gave much of Florida a needed respite, San Antonio FCU enabled Consultants and Builders to take some well-deserved professional photographs of the interior and exterior of their new Operations Center.

Excitingly, SACFCU has again partnered with CBI. The next two projects will be focused on the renovation of their Main Office and Zephyrhills Branches. Echoing a strong vision of continued growth as well as service to its members and the community, the credit union invests in its future.

In conjunction with exterior Signage, parking, lighting, and landscape updates, Construction Documents are progressing toward permit set for Trenton, Georgia’s Citizens Bank and Trust regarding the renovation of their existing Main Office and branch. The 1980’s original building has good structure and exterior scale, so the focus is primarily on creating a more centralized entrance to the location, a façade update, as well as interior finish and lighting upgrades.

The project will begin construction in late 2022, carry into early 2023, and provide a revitalized environment for employees and customers alike. CBI looks forward to the collaboration with Citizens B&T.

Construction Documents are progressing toward permit set for Alabama ONE’s prototype Chantilly Branch in Montgomery, Alabama (see image), and the full renovation of their existing Northport Branch. Both locations will have drive-up ITM kiosks similar to models that have been implemented at other Alabama ONE branches. These projects will begin construction in late 2022 and carry into early 2023 and provide a vibrant and enjoyable environment for Members and employees alike. The efficient design will ultimately lower construction costs, while the integration of advanced technology maximizes operational efficiency and return on their investment.

Graced with both good weather and a collaborative Robins Financial Credit Union team, Consultants and Builders, Inc. has completed in less than two days the interior and exterior Athens branch lighting retrofit. The work was completed during as well as outside of normal operation hours to ensure a fully functioning branch remained accessible to members.

Our retrofit services offer energy efficient, innovative lighting solutions. Lighting upgrades provide better quality illumination along with short-term and long-term, savings through rebates, tax incentives, lower energy and maintenance costs.

Consultants and Builders, Inc.  has recently completed the installation of two NCR Interactive Teller Machines at Associated Credit Union’s Dobbins ARB branch. CBI also installed a monument sign for better brand identification and representation for members. Site lighting was also added for afterhours use since the new ITMs are available for members outside normal business hours.

Echoing the original sentiments when the project idea was generated, Michael Huff, VP of Retail Services at Associated Credit Union noted “We believe that this type of drive thru service will be beneficial to the Dobbins ARB community for a number of reasons: Extended service hours, an additional access point for funds (going from one ATM to two ITMs), additional security – Members would not need to get out of their vehicles to utilize the ITMs, and innovative technology to facilitate timely transactions and offer what today’s Member is looking for; convenience as well as the ability to speak to a live associate to assist with more complex transactions without going into the branch.”
