Consultants and Builders, Inc. has been selected by FiCare Federal Credit Union redesign and renovate an existing financial building as the new headquarters of the Credit Union’s Main Office with integral branch. The new location is on Silver Maple Parkway near the I-75 / SR 56 interchange with exceptional visibility and access for members and employees alike.

Member-owned since its founding as St. Joseph’s Hospital Credit Union 1960, the credit union was rebranded in 2018 as FiCare FCU. They are the credit union tailor-made for healthcare professionals and expanded their field of membership in 2021 to serve all healthcare employees throughout Florida.

The current project scope includes Teller pod and drive thru upgrades, interior wall and spatial rework, painting, flooring, new furniture and millwork, exterior roof and finish updates, and banking equipment upgrades. We look forward to the collaborative efforts and a long lasting relationship with FiCare FCU, their continued growth and member satisfaction.

Neighbors United has selected Consultants and Builders, Inc. to renovate the branch inside their Birchtree Drive Main Office in Greenwood, SC. The interior build out will incorporate new LED lighting, paint, flooring, millwork and integrated TCR technology. New office furniture, an updated Breakroom, and member tech bar will round out this renovation. Work will begin in late summer. CBI is honored to be working with Neighbors United FCU again.

Valdosta, Georgia based Southeastern CU is furthering the design process with Consultants and Builders, Inc. regarding the renovation of their Perimeter Branch. CBI designers are again collaborating with the Southeastern CU team to promote a more encompassing engagement with members and the greater community.

Consultants and Builders, Inc. was recently awarded by My Georgia CU a retail build-out project for a new branch located in Clayton, Georgia. The branch renovations will incorporate new LED lighting, paint, flooring, millwork, furniture, finishes, and inclusion of a teller pod with TCR and updated ATMs.

Founded in 1971 as HALLCO Community Credit Union, the credit union merged with two other credit unions in 2020 and 2021 as well as underwent a name change. MyGeorgia Credit Union has now evolved to serve the banking needs of more than 20,000 members within a twelve-county district of North Georgia.

Anderson, SC based Upstate Federal Credit Union and Consultants and Builders, Inc. have begun the Design Development stage and Civil Engineering for a new prototype branch located near the LaFrance Industries Division of Mount Vernon Mills off Clemson Boulevard/Highway 76 in Pendleton.

The new branch will be the second branch built by CBI for the credit union and will utilize Teller Pods, interior and exterior ITM’s, new marketing, digital displays, and timeless furnishings. The unique exterior design of this 3,600 square foot, free-standing branch will echo the traditional architectural lines found at many of Upstate’s existing branches while incorporating transitional design elements to maximize visibility and marketing opportunities. The design includes three drive up lanes with a traditional drive-up window as well as advanced ITMs for members. Ultimately the long-term goal is to incorporate some of the newer design and finish elements of the Pendleton branch at Upstate’s existing branches. CBI looks forward to the collaboration, and further progress with Upstate Federal Credit Union to ensure their strategic growth initiatives are a continued success.

Associated Credit Union recently chose Consultants and Builders, Inc. and method-1 to re-imagine their existing branch on the Warner Bros. Discovery campus near Georgia Tech. The location of the branch is currently sited at ‘The Mansion’ where Turner Broadcasting Systems (TBS) originally launched the Cable News Network (CNN) in 1980 and Ted Turner lived.

Renovations will begin in April and will incorporate ACU’s new prototype brand interior aesthetics for the micro-branch. Although staffed with employees as Universal Tellers during open hours, the microbranch itself will be open 24 hours and 7 days a week with the inclusion of and ITM (Interactive Teller Machine) and other member interactive services. Ultimately the branch will include a teller pod, member accessible office space, employee workspace, refreshment bar, technology bar, and dynamic marketing displays.

Consultants and Builders, Inc. previously completed flagship branches in Decatur and Ellenwood, Georgia as well as full renovation of the Main Office branch for Associated Credit Union as they continue to grow their membership and brand.
