Based in Statesboro, Georgia, CORE Credit Union readies for permitting and preconstruction with Consultants and Builders, Inc. as partner for their new Port Wentworth, GA branch prototype.
Similar to multiple projects previously completed for CORE CU, CBI plans for the new branch to serve members with efficient layout and circulation, office meeting space, durable furnishings, memorable marketing, visual displays, and easily accessible ITMs. The exterior design of this approximately 2,750 square foot, free-standing branch will incorporate design elements echoing local development covenants, and to maximize visibility and marketing opportunities during day and night.
CBI’s efficient design ultimately lowers construction cost, while the addition of advanced technology maximizes operational efficiency and return on investment for CORE CU.
