As CEO of Consultants & Builders, Inc. Todd manages the day-to-day operations of the business. He has direct responsibility for financial, legal, IT and human resources functions and also leads the planning and implementation of CBI’s strategic vision. In addition, he oversees the design and construction process of all facility projects from beginning to end. 

Todd augments over a decade of experience in financial institution design and construction with 21 years of active and reserve military service, retiring as a Commander from the United States Navy. Todd graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and holds a Masters in Business Administration from Georgia State University.
