As Senior Vice President of Construction at CBI, Chip is responsible for all duties from preliminary design through construction and warranty. In this capacity, he coordinates and manages constructability document review, estimating, subcontractor and supplier bidding, scheduling, quality control and purchasing. Accomplished in all facets of the industry, Chip offers deep expertise in multi-site supervision and management, site selection and evaluation, facility planning, project estimation, contractor and vendor selection, FF&E purchasing and procurement and quality assurance programs. 

He has focused his efforts on serving the financial institution marketplace, which resulted in Chip managing the development of thousands of projects throughout the continental United States including interior storefront branch projects, new free standing branches, main office renovation and addition projects and new main office and operations center facilities.  These projects ranged in size from a few hundred thousand dollars to over $20M. In addition to his financial institution expertise, Chip holds a Civil Engineering degree and is a retired 21 year Army officer serving in both the active duty and active reserves.
